Hi, I am Lilian Muthegu Kang’ethe. My experience largely involves working within the development space with at least six years in leading project management within organizations targeting equity groups such as women, persons with disability and young people. In my last role, I managed 12 projects within a period of three years plus years which contributed to a social award presented to the organization by the president of Kenya.

My top skills involve project management, stakeholder management and administrative skills. These skills have enabled me to facilitate an organizational reach of at least 9 million beneficiaries.

I am a holder of a Bachelor of Arts (Sociology and Communication major) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Leadership and Management from Strathmore University. Currently, I have finalized an 8 weeks course as a virtual assistant by the Africa Leadership accelerator  (ALX) program where I have learnt about administrative skills, technical skills and soft skills.
