Lilian Mukeni

My career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of
complex community based project and its supporters at international
level. I have experience in:strategic forward-planning; policy making and
implementation; monitoring, evaluation and writing of reports; operating
within the tight financial disciplines which I have helped to plan;
methodical administration to deadlines (not to speak of crisis
management where necessary); and the experience I have attained while
serving on leadership team of the organization for over15 years
advanced my decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication,
and easy personal inter-relations. My own cosmopolitan background and
analytical interests in other cultures have also given me confidence in
handling negotiations that require the reconciliation of different
approaches to otherwise common problems.

Overseer) at Christ’s Gift Academy [Overseeing to the needs and
well being of the OVC in the program as far as their education,
health, and their home situations are concerned].
