DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Product content upload/ listing
Inventory management
Help manage the seller/operations team
Identify and assess merchants’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
Build sustainable relationships and trust with merchant accounts through open and interactive communication.
Handle merchant’s complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
Ensure the team keeps records of merchants/brand interactions, process accounts, and file documents.

Handling the reception area which included receiving calls and attending to visitors.
Maintaining a departmental filing system
Maintaining and updating the human resource database.
Receipt and dispatch of mail.
Preparing word, excel and PowerPoint documents.
Maintaining and preparing reports i.e. training reports and leave balance
Assisting in ensuring the pre-employment processes for field officers are adhered to.
Drafting general correspondence letters.

Handling staff requests through timely responsiveness, follow up and escalation.
