 I am very interested in working with you and I believe that my education and employment background will bring great contributions towards the achievement of goals and objectives of your organization.

I am currently undertaking MSc in Health Economics and Policy, I also hold Bachelor of Arts in Community Development and Diploma in the same field from Daystar University. At the moment I am working with LVCT - Health for Dhibiti Project HIV prevention and care & treatment program as an M&E officer Supporting Kiambu, Murang’a, Kirinyaga, Tharaka Nithi and Embu County. Also, I am proficient in KHIS, DATIM, KenyaEMR, 3PM and other HIV/TB data management and reporting platforms. I have knowledge and skills in implementing M&E systems, ensuring data quality, and managing data intensive, performance-based programs funded by PEPFAR and other donors. Additionally, I have certification in Monitoring and Evaluation Course, Project management, Mental health as well as Leadership and Management course from the University of Washington. I am a great team player with excellent communication, problem solving and decision-making skills.

Part of my responsibility presently is to work coherently with county and sub-county health management teams to ensure that all M&E activities are jointly implemented in our supported health facilities. I have hands on experience in project evaluation, field data collection, facilitation of trainings and workshops and supervision of data collection exercise, data entry and analysis. I also have been tasked with responsibilities covering supervision and reviewing data received from the field of numerous counties. In the past I have also been involved as a field supervisor in a panel survey carried out for Kenya Agricultural and Agribusiness Project (KAPPAP) and the USAID- Kenya Agricultural Value Chain Enterprise Project (USAID-KAVES).
