I have worked at different organizations ranging from the public sector to the private sector and gained a substantial amount of experience in Information technology and the working of different computer systems in those organizations. I have a bachelor's degree in Computer Security and forensics from Meru University of Science and Technology and attended various pieces of training and most recently Digital Customer Service from Generation Kenya where I was equipped with different skills on how to handle customers and request both in person and on-call while responding professionally through texts and emails
