I am a principled character. My personality is perfectly defined by four core drivers; First, I am self driven. I am committed to the goals . I bring energy and direction in a department and will always want to do more. I subscribe to Democratic and Strategic leadership style by nature providing purpose to others. 
Second, I am Stable. Ups and Downs of a team don't impact me negatively as individual. I keep a level head and think clearly when things go sideways. This means when my department is performing under pressure, I stay calm and provide perspectives unclouded by powerful and unhelpful emotions.
Thirdly, I am a Candid person, empathetic and I am not affected by other people's negative feelings. I can cut through waffle and get to address issues. I make tough calls and rarely get too Tangled in emotions.
Finally, I am a pragmatic person. I prefer dealing with issues sensibly and realistically in a more practical way rather than be theoretical.

I have five years of experience in debt collection and  recovery space. with my recent role as Operation assistant, SME Recovery at NCBA Bank.

I have Bachelor degree in BSC.(General) Majored in Applied Mathematics and Minored in Geophysics.
