I am passionate about agriculture with inclination or biase in working with Development organizations/Agencies, NGOs, farmers and other stakeholders on implementing Climate Smart Agriculture technologies as well as farm standards.

I derive lots of satisfaction in actuual imlemention of project actions more besides contributing at initiation, planning, monitoring and evaluation and closing.

Training Farmer Group on governance (group dynamics) , Agricultural production technologies, Researches (Surveys), Capacity building (Agro dealers, farmers and Service providers) for food and nutrition security, agricultural Markets linkages, farm business Planning, Value Chain Analysis, Preparing farms/farmer groups for farm standard audits ( Globalgap/GRASP, SMETA and fair trade standard, Setting up quality management systems for groups and training for SMEs on food safety and good agricultural practices.
