ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
History taking, physical examination, investigation, diagnosis and prescribe treatment and patient Counselling.
Offer medical services to clients for Opportunistic Infections (OI’s) and antiretroviral therapy (ARVs) for PLWHIV.
Participate in integrated outreach activities.
Regularly review CCC performance and develop corrective action plans.
Ensure timely reporting, completeness and accuracy of data including documentation of best practices.
Design and implement differentiated care models of service delivery.
Ensure adherence to the nursing standards of practice.
