Maintaining the office filling systems like budgetory records, following up on office orders and payments. 

Marketing our product through direct pitching and on social media platforms. 

Preparing and presenting daily sales report on excel.

Where i was responsible for, 

The daily management of the company's website account and email account. 

Data encoding like tax filling, driver license, passports etc. 

Printing, general graphics design/layout and typesetting. 

3. 2016-2018-Reception Dest(Daisies Real Estate) 

Duties included, 

Assisted walk-in clients, scheduled client appointments, answering phone lines, and helped clients with questions and issues.

Supporting managers with business documentation and professional demeanor at all times.

Efficiently processed updated client information and payments into database.
