My role involves data-driven decision-making, stakeholder management, team capacity building, and robust data management systems.
- Monitoring, Evaluation, and Listening Specialist at Compassion International, Nairobi, Kenya (January 2023 – March 2024): In this position, I integrated child protection into M&E activities and developed frameworks focusing on improving child well-being, health, and education.
