I hold a degree in Computer Science from the University of Nairobi, where I focused on UI/UX, visual design, and research.My true passion lies in creating products that are not only aesthetically pleasing,but also meaningful, user-friendly, and capable of making a tangible difference in people's lives.

Experience

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Experience with front-end frameworks, such as React and Vue
  • Knowledge of responsive design principles and ability to create designs that are mobile-friendly
  • Strong understanding of cross-browser compatibility and ability to troubleshoot browser issues
  • Experience with version control using Git and GitHub
  • Proficiency in front-end development tools, such as VS Code and Chrome Developer Tools
  • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and ability to work collaboratively with designers to implement designs
  • Ability to write clean, modular, and reusable code, following best practices and coding standards
  • Experience with front-end build tools, such as WIX and WordPress, and package managers like npm and Yarn
  • Ability to write unit tests and use testing frameworks, such as Jest or Mocha, to ensure code quality
  • Familiarity with back-end technologies, such as Node.js and RESTful APIs, and ability to integrate with them when needed
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with an attention to detail and ability to work independently
  • Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest front-end development trends and technologies.
