Being involved in production management at my previous jobs, I have sustained a high safety performance reputation, maintaining quality standards, and minimizing corporate costs and liability. Constant increase in the number of approved certified seeds. Fibre, vegetables and flower  produced, graded and exported while working within the set chemical, fertigation, packaging, administration and labour budgets is one thing I take pride in.
