I worked informally at my family’s business as a sales assistant since before I turned 18. This entailed customer interaction and care, day-to-day upkeep of the store, managing deliveries. Being a business-savvy person, I put these skills to use in my online business, where I resold thrifted and second-hand items after altering and repairing them. Over the course of this business venture, my day-to-day duties included. Curating stock from thousands of items, Quality insurance, customer service and hands on care, maintenance of my online store, accounting and negotiations.
