CLINICAL WORK EXPERIENCE
2021-2022 Nairobi outreach services trust (NOSET).
Facility in-charge and CCC in-charge with the following roles-;
• To maintain anti-retroviral treatment(ART) in CCC by collecting recording and disseminating data using appropriate tools 
• To link and maintain identified HIV+ clients in ART, 
• Giving health talks to clients during mobile outreaches and in the drop-in center
• To treat wounds, chest infections, abscesses, skin infections, STIs TB, withdrawal symptoms and other common ailments to PWUD/PWID on methadone program in the DIC and during mobile outreaches.
• To make requisitions for medicine and other medical commodities and supplies in consultation with the nurse 
• To coordinate the clinical Team composed of ART/CCC, Nursing, HTS and DDT.
• To work closely with Outreach Team in follow up to clients in ART/CCC
• To update myself during targeted supervisions by CIHEB-Kenya, NASCOP, and Nairobi County Health Services.
• To coordinate the overall NOSET activities as the site in –charge.
• Your timesheet will be signed by the Programmed Manager after you have submitted the pertinent monthly
•  To provide Family planning and clinical services.
• To provide COVID-19 screening and vaccination services.
• To provide counseling and health talk to clients on methadone program and key population generally.
