Accounts Payables and Petty Cash
• Timely payment of Company Vendors including KPA Biller Direct management
• Petty Cash and Reimbursement duties
• Monitoring staff imprest accounts and reconciling the same
• Monitoring Company stationery stock and re-stocking towards consumption
• Seeking of Comparative Quotations from various Suppliers
• Preparation of Local Purchase Orders (LPOs)
• Payments of staff advances and following up on recoveries
• Any other duties as maybe assigned by management

Front Office Cashier/ Clerk
• Receiving relevant documents from clients, verifying the same to enable provision of accurate pro forma port charges
• Application of detailed waivers on pro forma port charges to establish the due charges
• Receiving payment cheques from clients, verifying a variety of client payments and issuing a correct final invoice as well a receipt on the same
• Ensuring timely banking of cheques
• Daily financial calculation and reporting of actual revenue collected against the prorated daily expected revenue
• Posting of Sales Invoices and relevant receipts in ERP Software SAP By DESIGN to ascertain debtors accounts
• Any other responsibility assigned to by my superiors
