I am a self –motivated individual with excellent knowledge in all areas of Human Resource Management, Organization Development, and Administration. I have knowledge in planning, developing, implementing and evaluating personnel and labour relations strategies including policies, procedures to address organization’s human resource requirements. I am well versed with the principles of personnel and administration management. In addition, I can competently handle Payroll Administration, Benefits and Compensation, Training and Development, Staff Welfare and Pension Administration management. My goal is to secure a position within diversified organization that strives for business and personal growth.
