I graduated from USIU with Bachelor in finance. I have the knowledge in business and finance in general. Some of the skills I have include, effective communication, time management, and ability to make decisions are key to deliver the best of what is required under any role entitiled.
Am currently working at Majorel Kenya; some of roles am undertaking, serves as a basic point of contact for customers with complaints, queries, request, feedbacks; ensuring that all the request, queries and complaint of customer are responded in a timely and professional manner. We deal with an online shopping platform to serve customers in various countries. Customer retention and satisfaction is key.
