About JOY NGANO:

I am a corporate commercial lawyer based in Kenya with two years work experience. I am also an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya. I enjoy reading as this helps me learn a lot about different sectors of the economy which is important as a lawyer.   I enjoy a challenging working environment that offers immense growth opportunities.

Experience

I have practiced law in a busy pan- African law firm for the past two years. During the past two years, I have advised clients on competition law , employment law , corporate restructuring, corporate law and business set up. This also involved conducting legal audits and due diligence in some instances.

Education

I have an LLB from Strathmore University, a post graduate diploma from the Kenya School of Law and I'm also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration.
