I hold a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology and currently serve as an IT Systems Administrator at The Standard Group PLC. Over the years, I have amassed extensive experience in various IT aspects, including IT assets acquisition, allocation, and management, people management, public relations, systems administration, VMWare virtualization, Veeam backups & Replication, Active Directory, and a Hybrid email environment encompassing Microsoft Exchange 2019 and Microsoft Office 365. Additionally, I provide IT support to numerous clients, manage the help desk and ticketing system, and liaise with vendors and outsourced service providers.

In my role, I have undertaken responsibilities like network systems and data center installations, IT security and maintenance, and proficiency in Sophos and Fortigate Firewalls. My expertise also encompasses active directory administration, network and IT assets inventory management, resource allocation, and training of both IT and non-IT staff on technical issues and security policies.

Furthermore, I possess knowledge in IT risk, security, and vulnerability assessment, as well as incident reporting and management. My proficiency extends to Microsoft Office, servers, and Windows operating systems.
