My name is Joshua Maina Chege and have worked at Safaricom PLC for 8 years as an Online Support Executive and 2 years as a Data Support Analyst at the Call Centre in the same company. 

I got laid off in October 2020, but am willing to have a go at meaningful employment once again and rise to heights not achieved with my last employer. 

Am a graduate in BSc Food Science and Technology from Egerton University and a Post Graduate Diploma in Total Quality Management from Kenya Institute of Management.

 Am a senior professional in customer care and management and am that fresh burst of energy that you really need in your organization to steer it in product obsession and excellence. 

My hiring will inspire my team to do more, achieve more and make the clients notoriously obsessed with our products and services.
