I have been in project finance management for over ten years where I have grown from a junior finance and grants officer to a senior finance and grants manager. Have spearheaded projects budgeting and reporting from contract signing to close out ensuring overboard reporting and clean audit reports. Understand management reporting and advising in decision-making while supporting them to understand the risks and plan in place to mitigate their occurrences. Have been overseeing compliance aspects both at donor and organization level.
