Taxes, budget preparation and monitoring and Financial accounting and reporting, Manufacturing, Real
estate both Commercial and investment property and Project Management.
I have managed staff relations payroll in different countries and employee compensation. I have manageged
performance management and appraisals, Job Grading exercises and implementation of HRM and payroll
systems with full automation.
I have managed finances in a manufacturing setup, from product costing to payroll and administration and
financial accounts preparation and reporting. In the same strength i have handled property businesses both in
commercial an investment property where i handled a hotel from menu costings, room costings and
converences and upto financial accounts preparation and reporting. Also handled tenants and leases, invoicing
and financial reporting. I have held correspondences with banks daily and on facilities and tax authorities
relations including audits
My career started with cost accounting and inventory management and I am well versed with every bit of these
including costing in a manufacturing setup (Materials and Overheads) both in excel and in ERP’s. Landed cost
for imports including estimating landed costs. I then moved to Finance and Administration where all aspects of
HRM, insurances, medical were also my responsibilities, I am also well versed with budgets from Cost of sales
budgets, expenses, revenue and budget financial reports preparation and presentation. Also, budget
monitoring throughout the budget period. I have also been dealing with regional markets (Uganda and
Rwanda) managing operations in liaison with country managers and finance and real estate from property
management to project management where I have managed two constructions at the tune of Kes 350m and
kes 520m resoectfully . I have handled all areas in finance (Payroll, Taxes, Cashbook, Credit management, etc)
and currently doing financial management and reporting for the group and subsidiaries.
