I have experience in various roles such as Trade Manager, Sales Administrator, and ICT Service Desk. As a Trade Manager, I was responsible for achieving sales targets, controlling trade spending, implementing pricing strategies, generating reports, and developing business relationships with distributors. As a Sales Administrator, I managed orders, provided sales data and reports, tracked claims and returns, and maintained customer relationships. In IT Service Desk role, I provided user support, maintained hardware and software, documented projects, and made recommendations for new technologies.
Education
I am currently pursuing a Bachelor of Information Technology degree and I am in my third year of study at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology.
I also hold a Diploma in Information Technology from the same institution, which was completed with a distinction
