Joan Ngaruiya

I am a HR professional with 5 years experience in HR. I am a hardworking lady easy to cope with people and any changing environment. I also have a tolerable character, which involves high levels of obedience and being ready to serve to my level best. During the span of 5 years in the HR field I have gained competencies and skills in Manpower planning, Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Training, Payroll Administration, Employee Relations, HR Compliance, HR reporting and Planning and budgeting. My main achievement has being an all round HR professional whereby i can comfortably execute all roles in the HR department. 

I believe I am the best fit for the Senior Human Resource Advisor at your esteemed organization having acquired all the relevant skills and experience in my current role.

I take pride in the fact that I have grown from a HR intern to a Senior Human Resource Officer. I am passionate about my work and learning and that is why  I made a  decision to pursue a course in CHRP  to advance my career in Human Resource. 

I am a graduate from Maasai Mara University with a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management.

Currently undertaking my CHRP at College of Human Resource Management.
