• Ensuring retention and adherence to treatment for all clients in the Compressive Care Center.
• Supporting pediatric, adolescent, women and men in ART services through support groups.
• Enhancing same day linkage to treatment for client found HIV positive
• Promoting Gender quality, linkage with health, legal and judicial services
• Conducting prioritized home visits for adolescents, strengthening defaulter tracing mechanism and lost to follow clients.
• Supporting case workers and peer mentors 
• Linking discordant couple to high impact preventions
• Management of unsuppressed People living with HIV though enhanced adherence counselling.
