I am an IT graduate with over nine years’ experience in user support/helpdesk. Part of my current skill set involves the ability to create clear and concise security documentations as well as the development and review of information security principles, cybersecurity best practices, information security guidelines and procedures and compliance frameworks information which I believe gives me the right skills for the job.

I am fast and accurate when it comes to problem-solving and have superb communication and interpersonal skills. I have worked with and in teams before and have also led a few of these teams to successfully achieve the set objectives. I have a solid understanding of IT concepts, network administration (Active Directory Management) and design as well as system architecture design, review, and implementation, having implemented and continuously monitored a network at my previous place of work. Through the years I have acquired knowledge in the front end and back-end management of the ERP systems Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Microsoft Business Central.

I had previously worked as a system auditor which enhanced my risk management skills which enhanced my skills at identifying risks, carrying out risk assessments, putting necessary controls, testing the effectiveness of the current controls in place as well as ensuring the necessary mitigating measures have been put in place. I have in depth knowledge in compliance and governance when it comes to risk management.  I am also well versed in the incident management process as well as the ITIL Frameworks, which I believe gives me the right skills for the job. 

I have over 9 years' experience in ICT Helpdesk Support, Digital Forensics, and Information Systems Audit in the Financial Services industry.

I have an MSc in Electronic Security & Digital Forensics, BSc Information Technology (with a major in Network Administration & Design). I also possess and ITIL 4 Foundation and ITIL Specialist: Direct, Plan & Improve certifications
