Client / Consultant Co-ordination/approvals, Materials sourcing, Construction, FAT & Pre-commissioning activities in the Porsche Centre Nairobi, multiple Complex at Nairobi, Multiple ICD at Kibarani Kenya for the Electrical (MV, LV) & Low Current Systems (BMS, FAS, PAS, Tele/Data, CCTV, Access & Lighting Control), Mechanical ( Fire , Firefighting system, HVAC, Plumbing .
- Co-ordinate with the Clients, Technical (Civil & Structural) & QS department for all the new projects with the evaluation of the client requirements and provide the necessary MEP design inputs (drawings/specification/BOQ) for the proposals.
- To Co-ordination with Procurement department for all the MEP material procurements/contracts for the new projects/maintenance works including the evaluation & approval of the supplier proposals.
