I am an IT specialist who is passionate about further advancing in my career as I explore positions within my area
of specialty. During my experience previously, I have performed: Software testing validation and verification, IT administration, installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of Hardware&Software and worked extensively with Windows and active directories. I have offered technicians and end-user training, assisting clients both on-site and remotely, providing remote technical assistance to field teams, writing and compiling field reports as well as documenting reports on computing devices problems and solutions.
My aim is to secure a position in an organization that can equip me with more hands-on skills and expertise while carrying out the duties assigned. I am confident, and I succeed in performing complex tasks and processes within a tight schedule, hectic and varying work that suits me very well.

Duties and Responsibilities
Pdf Remediator - Team leader making sure the team provides quality work to the client.
Test Management - Responsible for setting up the test environment, creating & designing Test scenarios and Test cases, analyzing, reviewing, and assessing software requirements, specifications, and models for testability, measure the performance of components and providing data for software metrics & track overall app productivity i.e. bugs arising and resolution quality.
Test Script Creation and Refactoring - Automate tests supported by the test lead, contribute to the creation of test plans, contribute to the creation of test reports, identify records, document thoroughly and track triage bugs.
Test Reporting - Run reports on identified defects and track them to closure, Periodic Daily reporting of the daily status of all assigned tasks to the supervisor.
Knowledge Transfer - Conducting and participating in training, team meetings, and other Knowledge
transfer Projects & actively generating innovative ideas Eg: a number of fresh approaches/ideas introduced.
Provide ICT training to users and field technicians.
Successfully coordinating and supervising more than one hundred 100 field technicians as they carry out the installations for the Digital Literacy Program DLP in various counties.
