WORK AS AN ASSISTANT QUALITY ASSURANCE AND COMPLIANCEMANAGER

Assists the QAM in implementation of Food Safety Management System, FSSC, Kosher, 
Halal, Organic, EHS and QMS certifications and timely performance review through 
audits by accredited bodies.
Conducting housekeeping audits and personal hygiene inspection to ensure they meet the 
set standards. This in response determine the training needs for the employees hence 
conducting the actual trainings.
Assists the QAM in overseeing, calibration, validation, revalidation and verification 
protocols and qualification of all the laboratory equipment, Change Control, methods and 
process validations.
Assists the QAM in overseeing timely investigation of non-compliances, reviewing and 
documentation of out of trends specifications and analysis, CAPAs, and deviations in 
other Quality Management activities.
Assists the QAM in ensuring that all the company’s activities are carried out in compliance 
with all relevant Statutory Safety Regulations, Company Standard Operating Procedures 
and Good Manufacturing Practices. 
Assists the QAM in enforcing GMP, GLP EHS,5S, lean manufacturing practices and 
hazard spotting/closure in the laboratory and in the factory in the general.
Verifying retention process of raw materials and finished product for reference while 
ensuring the company processes comply with both the national and international 
requirement, KEBS, EAS, and EU standard.
Manage supplier and customer audits and ensure that ensuing action plans are 
implemented and hence communicating to the management and other stakeholders 
including customers, the regulations and guidelines that impact the company’s business. 
Review batch processing records, product quality certificates, batch disposition and 
product complaints
Supervision of waste disposal and drafting and implementing policies that encourage 
environmental safety e.g. recycling of plastic waste, cartons and food waste Surveillance 
and monitoring the track improvements.
Assists the QAM inensuring there are in place appropriate Health and Safety Management 
Plans, Environment Management Plans, and Product Quality Plans; setting milestones to 
achieve them and ensuring that targets are met. 
Assists the QAM in liaising between the Company and relevant authorities relating to any 
Environment, Health or Safety issues that may arise.
