Customer Care Representative: As a customer care representative, I provide excellent support and ensure customer satisfaction. My responsibilities include;
- Managing incoming calls and customer service enquiries.
- Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
- Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and following up to ensure resolution.
