I am pleased to submit my resume for the job position with your establishment. Given my background 
in tourism management and experience in customer service .I feel I am in a great position to make significant contributions 
to your establishment .In each of my previous roles, I have delivered success on a range of business 
objectives by applying a focused and confident personality and work ethic, as well as a passion for 
problem solving.
From my previous role as a customer service representative at AVN logistics LLC , I am able to effectively communicate with a 
variety of clients and personality types. To achieve success on the job, I apply the skills and knowledge I 
have gained while studying Tourism management at Zetech University in addition to the history of 
experiences I have had in consultancy department.

I worked with Coreflight Mining Company for 9months as a personal assistant. In as much as I was young and with no experience, I achieved a lot and made sure business ran smoothly. 

I later on worked with Avn logistics llc, a company bases in the United States of America, as a call center operator. I delivered beyond expectations and I was made the main customer service representative in two weeks. I have been able to grow my skills and expand my experience.
