ACHIVEMENTS
- Successfully led a team of 11 evaluators in evaluation of a Community Health Volunteers Program at Village HopeCore International, Kenya (2022). The evaluation findings provided useful insights that informed program expansion to other areas
- Served as lead evaluator in mid-term evaluation for a youth project at Village HopeCore International (2021). The evaluation results helped identify and correct some operational inefficiencies that were affecting achievement of the project goals
- Played critical role in the Impact Assessment of Poverty Eradication Program at Village HopeCore International, Kenya (2019). The recommendations of the assessment prompted the organization to expand the program in order to benefit an additional 40% of the targeted program beneficiaries
- Actively participated in proposal writing and implementation of a community filling station project at Village HopeCore International, Kenya (2022). The project has turned out to be a model project in the organization transforming the lives of more than 30 youth beneficiaries, who were initially unemployed
- Engineered the culture of conducting baseline surveys prior to project initiation, making it possible to have sufficient baseline data for evaluation purposes
- Developed an effective Data Quality Assessment (DQA) tool that led to better quality data-based decision-making processes in the organization
