James Miser

Hello,

I'm James Miser Deya, male aged 26 years. I am a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional with about 3 years of experience in this medical field having been gathering them from my senior medical staff personnels and clinical areas I've been. I have a strong track record of developing and improving the standards and health service delivery for my previous workplaces  as well as maintaining the good rapport and solid customer fun base . I  adapts fast in fast-paced environments and enjoy teamwork with the other staff towards a common goal. 

One of my greatest strengths is my ability to adapt quickly to new situations. I am a quick learner and can efficiently grasp complex concepts. Additionally, I am an excellent problem solver, and I enjoy tackling challenges with a creative approach. My strong organizational skills also allow me to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality results on time."

 I have a strong attention to detail, I sometimes find it challenging to delegate tasks to others. However, I've been working on improving my delegation skills and recognizing that teamwork is essential for achieving greater efficiency and overall success.

I have like about 3 solid years of experience in different levels of healthcare system, from level 3 to 6. I have gained a lot of experience in this dynamic medical sector. 

I have a Diploma in Clinical Medicine and Surgery from KMTC KISUMU.

I did my Internship experience in Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital, Eldoret in 2021.

I did my clinical placements in Jaramogi Oginga Odinga Teaching and Referral Hospital, Kisumu from 2017-2020

My rural experience in Kimilili Sub-county hospital contributed a lot to my learning experience.
