An experienced gender and social inclusion specialist with over 15 years experience working in the research industry, World bank funded infrastructure projects, climate change, environmental and social risk and impact assessments, gender sensitive climate smart agriculture initiatives, mentorship and policy development and building collaborative partnerships. She has introduced gender transformative approaches within the organization and project level . Her slogan is ‘ one wins with people’.
