I’ve been working as a general reservation agent for two years. At my previous job in the ticketing department of an international airline, I handle scheduling, payments and ticket travel planning for the airline clients.
Experience
I’ve been working as a customer support representative for the past two years for an International Airline. Prior to that I offered customer support at an international beauty company where I handled product knowledge trainings, Product catalogue launches and Product Market launches. I also helped prepare correspondence, presentations and reports. I worked at the beauty firm for ten years. I believe with this experience under my belt, I’m looking for an opportunity to take the next step in my career. I’m hoping to do so in an organization that puts their guests needs first, which is something I’m passionate about.
