Jacob Masai

I am a statistician and monitoring and evaluation specialist with a skills mix of technical and organizational leadership with experience in program data analysis, monitoring and evaluation across various facets including; program planning including budgetary and work plan development, staff supervision and mentorship, program implementation, monitoring, evaluation, and research. I am able to implement monitoring and evaluation strategies in an organization which includes the developing and refining processes. Possessing knowledge of data collection and analysis techniques to identify the potential impacts and outcomes from different strategies.

 My desire to work within a challenging and rewarding environment, which will give me an opportunity to utilize both my acquired skills, apply my academic knowledge that leads to both personal and organizational growth. My career objective is to utilize my statistical skills, knowledge, and experience in monitoring and evaluation, data analysis, visualization and interpretation to enhance research, programs and data-driven decision making in a challenging work environment that allows for program advancement and career development. 

In my current position, I have developed strong communication and presentation skills. My friendly demeanor and interpersonal skills enable me to easily establish and maintain a strong relationship with others. I am a great team player who believes in sharing my strengths to help build others. I am a self- motivated individual who can accomplish project goals with or without supervision.
