  • Total Order Cycle Time- Able to track the average time it takes to fulfill a customer order.
  • Internal Order Cycle Time- Able to measure how quickly internal processes fulfill orders.
  • Perfect Order Percentage – Able to track the percentage of orders that are flawlessly executed.
  • On-Time Shipping Percentage- Able to track the reliability of shipping performance.
  • Order Fill Rate- Able to determine ability to meet customer orders.
  • Line-Item Fill Rate- Able to measure the accuracy of fulfilling individual order lines.
  • Orders Picked Per Hour- Able to evaluate the efficiency of order picking and shipping operations.
  • Lines Picked and Shipped Per Hour- Ability to track the productivity of picking and shipping individual order lines.
  • Distribution Cost- Understand the proportion of sales spent on distribution to identify cost-saving opportunities.

  • Warehouse management: Competent in processes of running a warehouse; Monitoring the cost, quality, and efficiency of both the movement and storage of stocks and goods,inventory and ensuring quality standards.
  • Stock Management: Well versed in the stock processes: procuring, inventory management, storing and dispatching.
  • Quality Management: Having been trained in ISO 9001:2000, OHSAS 18001:2007, and ISO 14001:2004 under BUREAU VERITAS. I maintain a competency in ensuring that production and quality processes comply with standards at both national and international level.
