  • Ensuring Quality Assurance in Health Care Services.
  • Data entry using the electronic health records system(EHR) 
  • Receiving, registration of patients and Initiation of Health Records
  • Processing medical claims both out/inpatient-billing and claiming on the various insurance, coding and indexing diseases following WHO International Classification of Diseases guide
  • Scheduling and Follow-Up; Preparing of Outpatient Clinics
  • Covid 19 data entry using MOH chanjo system.
  • Filling and retrieval of files
  • Clinic preparation
  • Storage and Retrieval of Health Records
  • Financial Responsibility( cashier)
  • Medical insurance  claims generation and claims submission
  • Monthly MOH reports compilation and submission.
  • Managing special records and special clinics.
  • Customer service- receiving and answering client phone calls..
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance in Health Care Services.
  • Data entry using the electronic health records system(EHR

  • National HIV programme monitoring and evaluation tools training(NASCOP)
  • Certificate Monitoring and Evaluation fundamentals, Global health learning Center (USAID), 2022 -2022.
