I am a passionate biomedical scientist with a deep love for science. Currently, I am actively seeking an entry-level position in the field to contribute my skills and knowledge to meaningful projects. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have honed my abilities in presenting complex scientific concepts, managing time efficiently, and maintaining keen attention to detail. Moreover, I pride myself on possessing an excellent work ethic that drives me to deliver high-quality results in all my endeavours.

I am a recent graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from Daystar University. I am passionate about making a meaningful impact on health and wellbeing through my exceptional ability to collect, compile, and analyze information.

Throughout my academic journey and work experiences, I have honed my skills and expertise in various areas of Biomedical Science. As a volunteer at National Public Health Laboratories, I gained valuable experience in laboratory assays, including Molecular biology, GeneXpert molecular method of TB diagnosis, PCR-Line probe assay, media preparation, and antimicrobial susceptibility testing.

During my attachment at Mama Lucy Kibaki Hospital, I had the opportunity to perform diagnostic tests related to phlebotomy, serology, biochemistry, hematology, and microbiology. This exposure allowed me to further develop my laboratory techniques, such as microscopy techniques, gram staining, urinalysis, biochemistry assays, and phlebotomy techniques.

My attachment at the Center for Biotechnology Research & Development, KEMRI, provided me with exposure to a variety of tests in molecular biology, immunology, parasitology, and entomology. This experience enhanced my research skills and deepened my understanding of scientific principles.

In addition to my academic and laboratory experiences, I have also worked as a Customer Product Advisor at NCBA bank. This role allowed me to showcase my effective communication and interpersonal skills while assisting customers with financial products.

As a passionate learner, I am dedicated to continuous improvement. I am currently undertaking online courses in data analytics to enrich my scientific knowledge further. This commitment to learning ensures that I stay updated with the latest advancements in the field of Biomedical Science.

Currently I am an Msc Student at KEMRI graduate school, pursuing MSc in Medical Microbiology, I did my undergraduate in Daystar university BSc Biomedical Science
