Imogen Francis

I am an experienced and enthusiastic transformation leader currently based in Nairobi. I am passionate about leading cross-functional teams and have delivered exceptional operational improvements and tangible results. I was a key influence in the management and direction of my previous company’s 200 strong public sector. As a result of my work, companies and individuals have better outcomes and save multimillions of pounds in tandem. Data is at the heart of my decision making; people are the most important part of my delivery.

In the UK, I worked for 5 years as an Operational Consultant at a company called Newton. Whilst there I worked in both the defence and infrastructure sectors, primarily on the UK's Trident programme. I have also worked with manufacturing clients, in both public goods (ventilators scale up during COVID) and foods. More recently, my focus has been in the public sector. Initially this was with the Cabinet Office (assessing supplier readiness for vaccine roll out) and then in Adults and Children's social care with Local Government. 
 

My latest role was at the UK Home Office where I lead a high performing team to understand the largest blockers to the department not achieving their productivity, quality and cost goals in the Asylum system.
