I am a transformative and well experienced certified public accountant and Internal Auditor with 24+ years’ broad and deeper experience in Accounting, Financial management & Internal audit with world-class multinational oil & gas companies in Kenya such as Shell, Chevron/Caltex and TOTAL, with sound knowledge of internal audit, risk management frameworks, SOX Audits, ISO 9001 management systems, Forensic audits, fraud prevention techniques and best management experience including Operational Excellence Management Systems (OEMS). ‎I have hands-on experience in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, financial reporting, monthly evaluation of actual performance versus budget, reporting to the Board Audit Committee.
