I’ve been working as a team leader for 1+ years. At my current job in the delivery department of a large company, I conduct regular quality assessments and coaching, ensuring the department’s productivity is maximized to the required standards and the pre-defined KPI’s, performance targets and standards are achieved in accordance with the business plan.I also help prepare correspondence, presentations and reports.
