I'm a dedicated, open minded & hands on idividual, ready to learn, and not afraid of getting my hands dirty.

A leader, an executor and mobilizer.

A born-again Christian, a church leader and peace loving indiviual.

I started my journey in Retail as a shop attendant in 2008.

I grew to become a Store Manager in 2012.

In 2014 I grew further to a Regional Retail Manager, handling the upcountry region, an all the Expansion experience started here, as I was incharge of upcountry growth -Nakuru, Naivasha, Eldoret, Nanyuki.

In 2015 I further moved to Kampala, to set up two branches and a warehouse.

In 2017 I started as the Full Operations Manager (Expansion is one of the tasks in my docket) -expanding from the existing 22 branches to the current 35.

Right now I'm working on the 36th project, and the Face-Lift of the existing ones.

Experience has been my biggest education, having started the expansion from a naive level, to growing in confidence, ability and efficiency.

Working with different suppliers, contractors & Service providers has also been one of my biggest learnings.

The Diploma in Business Administration I underook at the Institute of Advanced Technology was an eye opener.
