Hassan Fondo

I'm a graduate in the area of Special Needs and Disability Studies from Maseno University. My experience aligns on issues of research, teaching, data collection and encoding, project implementation, Monitoring and Evaluation, report writing, humanitarian sector and understanding of human behaviour. A compassionate, experienced and qualified administrative support worker with exceptional knowledge, excellent communication and management skills. Keen in providing civic education and community sensitization through public education and advocacy on enhancement of access to services and support to the community. I enjoy working on my own initiative and as a part of a team; and see myself as a reliable, trustworthy, hardworking and meticulous person of benefit to any organization and its goals. Skilled at planning, coordinating and executing events resulting to accomplished goals.  
 

Participated in research activity and data encoding. Some of key duties included Oversee the overall coordination and execution of field data collection activities in Mombasa County.
Provide leadership and overall supervision of the research team in Mombasa County. 
Review and edits data to ensure completeness and accuracy of information; follow up with research assistants and respondents/discussants to resolve issues or clarify data collected.
Conduct overall quality assurance in the data collection process as per the approved research protocol.
Report daily on the findings of the day’s data collection outcomes (challenges, lessons and emerging issues) and any other events or incidents whether mild, moderate, severe or adverse in the process of field data collection. 

Currently pursuing a Masters of Education in Special Needs/Disability Studies at Maseno University (At Proposal Stage).

Graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Special Needs Education With Information Technology at Maseno University (First Class Honours) on 13th December, 2019.
