I use to troubleshoot computers and solve network problems. I had a three months experience during my attachment at Technical University of Mombasa.  i have skills in computer like user support, Network connectivity, troubleshooting ,hardware and software maintenance, printing and scanning of documents. I have good communication skills regarding my team work and also customers , since i work at a cyber for a period of one year i use to communicate with clients in effective manner. I can also make a good decision making regarding the organization. 

 I worked at  the cyber cafe of Huduma center Mombasa for a period of one year during my working time i use to deal with eCitizen services and also fixing the machine if not working. I was selected by the IEBC as an ICT clerk  at Lamu county during the election and before the election  i  use to install windows and Office to make sure that all software are functioning properly.

I have a Diploma in Information Communication technology .
