Customer Service Executive-Social media

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram,
Twitter and WhatsApp).
Onboard new clients by pitching the benefits and features of the products and services.
Handle and resolve customer complaints by assisting in troubleshooting and collaborating with other
departments to ensure the client's needs are met.
Respond to local and international clients by email to assist in product purchases, partnerships,
marketing and product issues.
Utilize Customer Service platforms including Ameyo to contact 70+ clients daily.
