IAN MUIRURI

I am a highly energetic and motivated individual with a vast experience in operations management and procurement operations in various institutions delivering exceptional standards of service and helping achieve the collective organizational objectives.

I have worked in procurement department in which I have acquired much experience in budgeting supplies acquisition, objective judgement, cost analysis and reduction, meeting deadlines and achieving excellent results. I also managed to develop strong relationships with suppliers through aligning systems and guidelines for procurement process.

I have also worked in sales for the banking industry as well as private FMCG Company for various cosmetics products at Jambo investment Ltd since its establishment from ground level up and acquired so much experience about consumers and the market dynamics.

At international youth fellowship, as a program coordinator I have been able to oversee the success of all short term and annual projects countrywide and initiation of mindset education to wardens and inmates throughout the country. The organization was able to start projects in all prisons countrywide since year 2018 and I have been a part of that project.

I am a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in commerce with a major in Operations Management from the University of Nairobi.
