As a procurement attachee at EPRA, I supported various procurement process by handling key administrative and operational tasks. My responsibilities include recording, receiving and tracking invoices ensuring they nave the necessary approvals and submitting for departmental signing. I scanned and uploaded the documents of the winning bidder to the procurement portal, assisted in generating and filling Local Purchase Order (LPO's) and participated in tender opening sessions. I also monitored the movement of procurment  documents to ensure compliance with internal control and timelines.

Graduated with a strong foundation in procurement, logistics, and supply chain management. Gained practical knowledge in sourcing, contract management, inventory control, and public procurement procedures, preparing for effective roles in procurement and supply operations.
