A medical doctor keen to provide a significant contribution towards health service management, medical practice and clinical research as I strive towards the provision of reliable healthcare solutions, with room for personal and social growth.

I am a qualified medical doctor who served for as a clinical practitioner in different health facilities for five years before joining the pharmaceutical industry for the past eight years.

In my career journey I have gained proficiency in effective deployment of resources to support a pharmaceutical business by overseeing all strategic and operational activities for medical affairs within the Cardiometabolic, Ophthalmology, Immunology and Neuroscience specialties, working collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective drug lifecycle management.

My professional record, job achievements, education and qualifications attest to my ability to serve in this capacity. Additionally, I possess the required enterprising mindset that is imperative in ensuring ideal stakeholder management which is critical for the success of pharmaceutical businesses.

I have sufficient experience working in a matrix organizational structure and I have displayed excellent cross-functional collaboration in engaging different stakeholders internally and externally in the planning and implementation of global and regional medical programs with a focus on innovative launch readiness solutions and improved access to effective medicines for patients.

I am particularly very passionate about the role of medical affairs in providing market-based strategic input to drug development and portfolio management, to ensure greater patient centricity. My experience particularly in establishing road maps to ensure successful product launches and my extensive expertise in data generation, data dissemination, external stakeholder engagement, and organizational support throughout the product life cycle will be very valuable in ensuring great success in this capacity.
