About Gerald Kipngeno:

My name is Gerald Kipngeno. I am a graduate of computer science with second class Honours Upper Division. I am strong in Software development with intuitive problem solving skills. I have great ability to design, code and test business solutions. I am therefore looking for an opportunity to start my career as an entry level software developer with a reputable firm driven by technology.

Experience

I have a three month experience at TheJitu Software company as a Software developer Intern. I was involved with the following duties and responsibilities;

Designing interactive web user interfaces
• Utilizing Angular, express.js and MSSQL to develop full stack web applications.
• Utilizing Html5, Css3, JavaScript /Typescript, express.js and MSSQL to also
develop full stack web applications
• Got a hand on experience building rest API endpoints and consuming them using
the fetch API for JavaScript and TypeScript and HTTP module for Angular.
• Working on projects following the set coding standards by the company

Education

I acquired my Bachelors degree at Murang'a University of Technology. I was able to get experience in programming using various programming languages, got exposure with data structures and algorithms, object oriented programming pronciples etc.

I also completed my High School education at Cheptenye Boys High School
